Mission

By identifying and understanding the Plum coulee community’s needs, creating and maintaining partnerships that support effective solutions, and engaging and stewarding caring investors who fund our endowments and our grants, we are growing our entire community.

Description

The Plum Coulee Community Foundation (PCCF) was established in 2001 to manage charitable gifts for the benefit of the community. Led by a volunteer Board of Directors, PCCF supports and oversees local projects through three funds: the PCCF Community Endowment Fund, the Administrative Fund, and the Heritage Fund – Plum Coulee Prairie View Elevator Museum. All charitable gifts are tax deductible, and as endowed gifts grow, PCCF can provide larger annual grants to community organizations, educational initiatives, and municipal projects.
