About the Program

The Manitoba Heritage Trust Program provides support for museums, archives, and supporting organizations to establish and grow endowment funds (Heritage Trust Funds) providing long-term sustainable revenue for their organization.

Check out the Heritage Trust Funds that have been established through the program – Heritage Trust Funds.

The program, initiated by the Manitoba government, is administered by The Winnipeg Foundation with support from the Association of Manitoba Museums and the Association for Manitoba Archives.

Thank you for helping your community flourish forever!

Between Nov. 9 – 15, Manitoba’s community foundations received extra support during the Endow Manitoba Giving Challenge. Gifts were stretched; for every $5 donated, The Winnipeg Foundation added $1, up to a maximum of $2,000 per foundation and the Manitoba government also added $1, up to a maximum of $2,000 per foundation so every $5 became $7.

Check back for the Endow Manitoba Giving Challenge results on Dec. 3.
